If I can't afford the workout item featured here http://blog.myfitnesspal.com/2014/08/10-moves-to-do-before-breakfast/
do you think I can just hike my underwear down around my thighs and get the same results?

for those with trouble following a link..0

I mean I wouldn't try this with a thong because it wouldn't offer adequate resistance, duh! but a nice pair of boy shorts oughta do it.0

Or you could put both of your legs into one leg of the yoga pants.
Ladies with small children could just attach a toddler to thier legs for the duration of the workout.
I would not reccomend HAVING chicldren just for the free workout equipment though as they can be quite expensive themselves.0 -
Pull those moves with your underwear down around your thighs may not get you results but it will get you something. Pregnant possibly.0

Or you can use resistance bands, like the ones used for pilates and interloop it between your legs.
But hilarious answers btw!0 -
What about some girdle style undies with lycra so you get some resistance going. lol0

Maybe you could get a workout partner to try and hug your legs shut.0
