Tired of wanting to make a real difference in my life and never actually doing it. I'm hoping this site is the answer. I am constantly cheating on my diet, but hope that seeing my calories posted will bring a new awareness of how I am the only one who can make this happen - strictly a case and effect situation.

    How very self-aware of you to understand your behaviour enough to begin the journey to end the self small talk and move into taking action. Many people don't experience such a realization, kudos to you for first noticing it, then acknowledging it and finally vowing to change it.

    You don't need to cheat! You can eat whatever you want- in moderation :smile:

    Plan your meals, plan to succeed. Focus on foods that fill you up, portion control and moderate exercise.
