Grandma on a mission!

Hi everyone! I am a 57 year old retired RN. I am married to my best friend and have 2 daughters who have given me 4 amazing grandchildren. I was BORN to be a grandma! I love it so much!
At my highest weight I was 341 pounds. It took me over 2 years to get down to 160, my current weight. I did it without dieting, pills or fads. Just eating right, exercise and GALLONS of water!!! But the weight has stayed off! I would LOVE to lose 20 more pounds and reach my goal of 140 pounds. It is so hard! But I HAVE to do this for myself and so I can keep up with my grandkids!!
I would be so grateful for any advice or any moral support! And I would be happy to give that support and help right back! Please friend me and we will help each other on this journey of health and love!

    I too am GRANDMA. I would like some help and in turn give some support. I have hit a set point. I just cannot seem to go down from that... why I quit last time around. My metabolism is slow and I need help trying to get it going. I am active, try to watch my diet but it is sooo hard. One pound down, one pound up. It keep gong that way. Please feel free to friend me.
