You bet rogalicious. I am not saying don't use it or calculate for it. That is why I say "less". What works for me is concentrating on the quality of that one hour I do my workouts within and the stress I put my body through. That one hour is where I get the best bang for my buck rather than concentrating on what I do for the rest of the day. Of course, this assumes I am not sedentary for 23 hours out of the day.
Hey, we're all busy with life getting in the way of most of our day. So get the best out of and maximize what you do when you exercise.0 -
