I love to work out.......I love the way it makes me feel!
I just don't seem to be able to stick to tracking my calories on a regular basis.....so things don't really seem to change dramatically.
Three steps forward, two steps back seems to be the way my eating habits have been over the years, and now that I'm getting older I would like to try and take all of this to the next level, hopefully lose some body fat % this year. Here I come 2011!0 -
