I need to lose over 50 pounds and I have tried t25 but pulled muscles in my body. I have tried zumba for over a month and lost nothing, I need a workout program that I can do at home without any equipment needed so I can lose weight I am stuck at a certain weight for over a month so I need help what do you sujust for me to do?

walking walking and more walking. Do intervals of reg. paced walking and than speed it up, than slow down. It will help jump start things.0

You don't appear to be logging your food. Start there. Make sure you are in a deficit.
Its no use running 10 miles a day if you eat 11 miles worth of food.0 -

Weight loss is dependent on eating at a calorie deficit. Exercise is more for fitness but it doesn't matter what exercise you do if you are still eating at maintenance or a surplus.

Exactly! Exercise is great for your health, but wont help you lose weight unless you are eating at a deficit to your TDEE0 -
TurboFire is an awesome at home workout made by BeachBody. It's more geared towards women and you can go at your own pace. Fun music to it as well! I lost a lotttt of inches and weight using this.0
