Hi all,

I'm new to this site altho i have been using the myfitness app on my ipod for the las week and half.
My goal is to get down to around 179lbs which i would be quite content with as i am 5'9. After having 3 lovely children my weight got out of control and took over. I did lose 4stone when i went back to work but have since got stuck so i'm hoping that this site, and many of you in similar situations, will help me shift those extra pounds. at my last weigh in, last tuesday i was 209.7lb after losing 3lb in my first week which i thought was a great start so if anyone has any tips or stories to share, ill be happy to listen and take it on board.
