Hi all .. My names Ian and I'm 33 from down near london ..
Just trying get some more uk friends as working on the same time line is so much easier lol ..
I take my diet and all serious but also think there is time to have a laugh and mess around at times
After all U can't take it all too serious would drive u nuts ...

    I agree. This is my second friendship with said Ian on MFP as we both moved profiles and got lost previously.
    Add him and as mentioned above, you wont be disappointed.

    I'm Adam, 27, a power lifting Londoner.

    Just finished phase 1 of my cut having lost 3 stone and I will be having a break to maintain my lean mass for a while before going in again to remove the last of the timber.
