Beginner Weight Lifting

So I have been trying to figure out what the heck is a good plan for weight lifting? I am new to it, and I have difficulties finding an actual plan.. I am all about structure haha. Any tips or ideas?

I use Stronglifts. Others here also recommend Starting Strength, Strong Curves, and New Rules of Lifting for Women.
I like Stronglifts as it's just 5 lifts, making up 2 routines that you alternate. Nice and simple for someone new to lifting get their head round. But I checked out starting strength and new rules too. Just went with the one that felt right for me.0 -
