    This is boring because it was breakfast. 4 oz plain Greek yogurt, quick oats, a chopped peach with skin, cinnamon, some ground flaxseed. Cup of almond flavored coffee with half n' half.

    My last meal was breakfast, I had 1 serving of Liberte Strawberry Greek Yogurt, with Qia Superfood Chia, Buckwheat and Hemp dry cereal mix and half a banana.

    shredded sweet pork salad with lots of lettuce, pico de gallo, black beans, tomatillo cilantro dressing, and cilantro lime rice. Side of chips and black bean/corn salsa. Oh, so good. Sometimes you've just gotta satisfy that craving! On the plus side, I passed on the cheese and dessert and drank water. Baby steps!

    I originally thought that the OP meant a "last meal" in that "what would you want for the last meal you ever ate?". Mine would be a grilled medium rare steak, corn on the cob, and homemade french fries with brewed iced tea.

    My actual last meal was old fashioned oats with a little Splenda and coffee with half & half.

    It's not quite a "meal," but I just had a chocolate blueberry energy bite! They didn't quite turn out dry enough to roll into balls like I was supposed to, but even with a spoon they taste pretty great, so here's the recipe if anyone wants to try their luck with them! :) bit.ly/1utzCwc

    On a side note, I thought OP was asking for our "Last Meal" as in, if we had one last meal on earth. lol In that case I would go with the best mac and cheese, cesar salad and steak. However that could probably change. I just can't imagine picking one meal!
