I'm feeling slumpy and blah because of grey skies and rain so I'm going to pump up some energy by doing 50 burpees by the end of the day.
Who's with me?

I'm scared to do the full burpee because of my Achilles so I'll do 50 push-ups.
Besides, I can quietly make that happen at work without a bunch of fanfare and a load of questions. :laugh:0 -

Do what you can and just challenge yourself.shake up the regular routine a little.
