Does anyone use one? I'm guessing this is more accurate than the mfp guesses? X

I use a HRM (Garmin) but energy expenditure is still only a guess

If a HRM is more accurate than online calculators depends on several factors including what your activities are.

I have a Polar FT4 and I love it. I feel lost the odd time that I forget it.

I have it and I love it. My watch is currently misplaced and I feel lost without it :(
  • Oh great :) at least I've made an investment then rather than wasted
Money. I don't tend to eat my cals back but I may need to dip into them now and again so having a more accurate reading would help. I know mfp is over it reckons 890cals for a Zumba class hmmmm I think not lol!! Thanks everyone.

Does anyone use it swimming? Xx
