I wasn't planning to post anything until I hit my goal...13.8 more lbs to go, but today I put on a pair of my son's jeans and was shocked and amazed. Really the first wake-up call that I'm so much smaller than I was. Anyhoo...will save the full details and long story of my journey and find some more before and afters when I hit goal, but for today, just had to post something....sorry no face..occupational hazard

I started end of Feb, so about 6 months so far. Had a couple big losses at the beginning, then leveled off to about 2lb per week average for a while and the last couple months I'm averaging about 1lb per week. Will likely slow down more for the last 15 lbs or so0 -
