Calorie advice for active men?

Hi! I am a 5'10" male and weigh around 110-115.. haven't weighed myself for a while. I am currently struggling with an ED and generally eat anywhere from 1,200-1,500.. somedays more, somedays less. I can't help but feel like the 1,500 range is "too much" (I know this is disordered).. Weightloss websites often say that active men (I consider myself to be moderately active.. running, biking, etc) should consume anywhere from 2,500-3,500 calories a day. I wish I could eat that much, but fear I would gain weight. Are there any users who currently eat that much?

you should eat the 2500-3500 calories / day.
And you should gain weight, 110-115 is not a healthy weight for a male at 5'10"
I eat 2000 / day to lose weight, i would maintain my weight around 2500 calories a day0 -
Are you seeing a specialist? I highly suggest you see a doctor and have a trained professional explain to you about fueling your body properly.
I'm a 5'3.5" 120 lb female who is moderately active and maintains at 2350. My activity is taking care of my kids, cleaning and lifting 3x a week.
Wish you the best on your recovery0 -
6' / 36 year old male here, and I maintain at around 3200-3400.0

Except I maintain at about 2700. I'm 41 and 5'10", sedentary job and lift 3x week. I've been eating~3100 a day average for 3 months and only gained 10 pounds. (I weigh 160 currently and am still trying to gain.)
I hope you have professional help and wish you success.0 -
5'10, 155lbs and I maintain on around 2500-3500 per day, but I'm pretty sure someone with an ED shouldn't just jump right into that from your intake level. Seek professional help.0

5'9"ish, 163 and I eat 3400+ to maintain. Yeah, you need to get help and pretty much noone here is qualified to give it to you.0

I'm a 5'9" 42 year old woman who eats that much at maintenance.
I would guess that you are "very active"
Hugs for you. I hope you learn to love yourself again too.0 -

There is much to make fun of on MFP, but a 5'10" male weighing 110 pounds is not one of them.0
