Hey
ive just done this class for the first time and forgot to wear my hrm. Any ideas a rough estimate of calories burned for 60mins or is there anyone else who does it? If so what do you put it as in the exercise bit?
Thanks

Hi,
It really depends on how hard you worked. You can burn between 250 and 746 calories. I usually log around 400 per 60 mins (which includes the last stretching bit). Don't get hung up on numbers, just enjoy the results!
Hope this helps.0 -
Hi, the main thing is to just enjoy it! It's my favourite way to exercise. I'm 5ft 8, weigh approx 157lbs and usually burn around 600 cals for the whole class including the stretching - that's wearing an HRM. When I first got my HRM I was burning around 500 cals for the class so I must be putting in more effort now :-)0

Hey... I just switched from planet fitness to golds gym, mainly because they have more classes and yoga.
I really want to do the body combat class, but I'm afraid I'm not ready for it yet. Should I just suck it up and go?0
