It's wine grapes and Talenti Coffee Chocolate Chip for dessert. A friend is harvesting his grapes and thought we'd like to sample them pre-pricking. Am thinking to ask him for more ~ they are so delicious. This breed of grapes would NOT survive, had it been on my property ~ they would NOT be turned into wine at all ~ I would be eating them all a la Chef Carluccio in Northern Italy ~ just perch myself right up to the vine Ommmonmomnom ROFL

Dessert tonight was a yummy fruit sorbet. Blended a banana, strawberries, watermelon, dates, vanilla, milk and ice.

Flexible dark chocolate ganache, milk chocolate marshmallow sponge cake, toasted marshmallow ice cream and graham crumble all made from scratch

Sounds great! How many calories? Can I get a recipe?

This is his answer from page 4:
Ganache and fluff were from here

    http://blog.khymos.org/recipe-collection/

Sponge was a variation of this

    http://www.playingwithfireandwater.com/foodplay/2008/07/microwave-chocolate-cake.html

    Ice cream

    http://www.completelydelicious.com/2012/08/toasted-marshmallow-ice-cream.html

Graham crumb was just like making a graham crust then put in the food processor

I really hope I'm having the strawberry shortcake from Tony Romas. But if it's not "in season" (What the heck, its cake and strawberries are always available!) then I'll have half of the cheesecake.

Is my birthday. I shall have my dessert :D
