Hello guys

I have always yoyo dieted..I lose a few kilos and put them on back in no time. Sometimes I feel. Really bad about the way I look and that makes me cut down a lot of calories, but I end up feeling hungry and deprived and eventually binge and gain back the weight. Other times, I go for the step-by -step method and just eat little less than what I need , but I don't lose weight like that.
Did making small changes really work for you? How long should I wait to see any results?

Thank you

  • I have FINALLY lost 35 pounds and have kept it off for a year this coming November. (I lost 24 in my first 90 days.) I spent not only time, but oodles of $ on ways to lose weight. I tried Weight Watchers, Flat Belly, South Beach, and even counting calories here on MFP. I lost weight on all of them, but never grasped the "lifestyle" portion. I finally found a way that has worked better than anything I have ever tried and is proving to be my lifestyle choice. I did an 8-day detox and reprogrammed my body on how to process food. I also started filling in my nutritional deficiencies. I lost 11 pounds in that detox and then went on to lose through last year's holiday season. It was amazing. I didn't deprive myself of any of my favorite foods. I just kept taking some fabulous, naturally sourced supplements and the weight just kept coming off. I lost my cravings for carbs. (They no longer have any power over me.) Now, I just live life with more joy and health than I have ever had. It has been amazing. (Not only that, I haven't gotten a cold, my skin is healthier, my restless leg syndrome is gone, and I no longer have mild food allergies. It has been all around the easiest and happiest weight loss I have ever done.) If you want to read my story on how I did it, visit my blog at http://ignitejoy.weebly.com. Blessings!
