      Holy moly! You look fantastic! You also learned much earlier than I did (I'm 29, and started this journey about 3 years ago when I was 26) that you have to be stern but kind with yourself. You're going to trip and make mistakes along the way, and it's absolutely OK to do that. Like you said, if you want to splurge now and then on some ice cream or a tasty slice of cake or whatever, go for it. One indulgence isn't going to ruin a month's (or even a week's) worth of smart choices.

      Seriously, though, you look amazing, and more importantly, you sound like you *feel* much better about yourself, and self-confidence is always beautiful.

      And on a totally random note, I am really digging that dress in the after shot. Too cute!

      Gosh you are so pretty! I don't know anyone that would call your second pic overweight. You look amazing. My highest weight was 285 and i'm down to about 250 now. I can only imagine how wonderful it would be to be at 190 and look like you do. Congratulations, you've done a wonderful job!
