    5'6". Lowest age 20+ 126 lbs. Highest 187 lbs. Highest non-pregnant 172 lbs last December. Now sitting at 130-131. Working on building muscle.

    6-0 highest was just over 295. Lowest is current 164.6 pounds. I was 148 pounds when I was 12-13. I'm 37 now. Was over 200 pounds my entire adult life until recently.

    Not really adult weight, but since I was an early developer and haven't grown much since I was 13ish, highest was 71kg/156lbs last year at 5'4". Lowest was half of that at age 15 or 16, probably a couple of centimetres shorter at the time.
    At both ends, I felt pretty awful (and I would use a different word except I'm not 100% sure about the language rules on here). But if I'm honest, I felt a lot worse about myself at my highest weight... possibly because I wasn't exactly sane at my lowest.

    HW: 151lbs (after my grandfather died, I binged for over a month on cream cakes, chocolate pudding and takeaways. It was a disaster.)

    My 'normal' weight before was usually around 140lbs. I was 140 for as long as I can remember... and always wanted to lose!

    I'm 5'1". My highest was 142. My lowest was probably around 112 after my first divorce. In the middle right now.

    158...in my twenties....lasted a very short time.....diet pills....my highest was 272......pre-cancer days.......my average wight is about 225lbs....I'm 5'7"
