Need help getting back on the wagon!

Hi Everyone!
I was kicking BUTT a few months ago was down almost 20lbs, then work, my birthday, more work, some food (specifically some chili cheese fries, burgers, ice cream, fried chicken etc.), then more work and some more food (pizza, french toast, biscuits and gravy) happened... and I gained it all right back!
Looking for some friends to keep my excuse making tail back on track!
