Not sure if I am doing this on the right page but I figure I will take the leap.
I am new to this site and am hoping to "this" helps. I like all of the options and tools so far but find that I am still going over my allowable calories. I have diabetes so am excited to see that it tracks your carb intake of the foods that I think are healthy. I am hoping that by being accountable for the calories and nutrients that I am putting in my body, this will help me to pinpoint food hazards that are keeping me from being successful. Here we go!

Welcome & Good Luck,
This is only my second week & am sticking within my calories, but am amazed at the carb value in some food!!!
Everyone is so friendly so you don't have to do it alone.
You can always post on the message board - or add people as friends for support.
