Hi everyone. I would like to start one of chalene johnsons workout dvds but not sure which to go for first. could anyone suggest one to start with. Turbo fire. turbo jam or chalene extreme?

I think Turbo Jam is for the beginners and turbo fire is more intense. I am going to start turbo jam from today.
