Why am I gaining?

So okay my waist was about 58 cm when I had an ED and my upper arm was 22 cm, I recovered and went up to 67 cm when bloated and 26 for the arm ( I only measuerd one time during recovery, it was horrible) and now, during summer I´ve been eating less than usual, and for the past month I´ve been eating under 1000 calories a day (700 on average because I just find eating boring, I am recovered, it has nothing to do with my former ed). And I have also been exercising 4 - 8 hours a week, both cardio and strength but my waist 76 cm and my arm 27 cm now and I don´t understand why. I can see both ribs and muscles, but I am still gaining?

1.) You need to eat more than 1000 calories, or you will end up in the hospital eventually.
2.) 700 is way too little. Your body needs fuel to function. Your organs are going to give out eventually.

Is there something you are not logging? Are you logging drinks, sugars? (each serving of sugar usually has 15 cals in itself), snacks, etc? I can't see your diary, so can't tell you what exactly you are doing wrong. Try investing in a food scale. You can find a relatively cheap and good one for $15-25. Get one with the tare feature, using measuring cups isn't as effective.

Uh huh. Go tell that to your Dr and see what they think. Go seek professional help.
