It's embarrassing to admit but I suffer from the hanging stomach fat. I was wondering if anyone else has had this and it lifted as they lost weight? Any insight you could give to my future with this nasty stuff would be a blessing! Thank you in advance!

Hi after having 4 children I know how you feel. I would also appreciate any advice regarding this as so fat the only thing I've decided on is loosing the weight and then having surgery but there must be another way. I really dont want to go down the surgical route0

Sorry, I don't have an answer as I too have a saggy belly. I'm pretty much at goal weight but I still have what I call front butt :blushing:
I thought maybe if I try to lose another 5lbs it may go down a bit more. Unfortunately even when I was a teenager I always had a little pooch and that is where I tend to store fat, it's the very last place I lose weight. At some point I may just have to settle on how I look.
A lot of people suggest heavy lifting but I'm just not ready for that yet.0 -
As I've lost weight something horrifying has happened.... my hanging stomach has lifted in the center only, so now it's divided and looks exactly like saggy boobies without nipples. I wear a girdle every day.. It's summer, I live in Africa... I wear a girdle EVERY DAY. THAT'S how horrifying my stomach is.0
