I just made a salad.
Spinach/Arigula mix, with tomato, cucumber, onion, avocado and maybe a teaspoon or 2 of apple cider vinegar as a dressing..
How would I enter that? Or just select something under salads that is as close to that as possible?
Edit: Also some Kale mixed in

you should have weighed each component separately.
When I make a salad I put my bowl on the scale, and turn it on. this calibrates the scale WITH bowl to 0.
Then I add me arugula - take the weights
turn off scale and turn back on. This calibrates bowl AND arugula to 0.
Add spinach - take down weight... repeat and repeat until all items are in the bowl and all weights are added.
You do this for the dressing as well, but you can change the weight to ounces if you like...
Hope this helps?0 -
Log the ingredients separately. If it's a mix you do a lot, maybe save it as a recipe, but my salads vary too much to do that.
I generally just eyeball the greens and weigh the other stuff, but I put it together right in front of the scale, so that's easy.0 -
