Well I've been drinking any where from 10-14 glasses of water everyday. I heard that water is your buddy when losing weight, the more the better 1) it helps to cleanse the body 2) Keeps you hydrated during workouts 3) Help keep off hunger
However, someone told me today I am drinking too much water?...
How much water do you drink everyday?

I drink atleast 64oz. - 8 cups
I try for 100oz. -daily
for every pound you weigh = 1/2 oz. of water
if you weigh 200 lbs than you should be consuming 100oz0 -
I've heard drink half your body weight in ounces of water per day. For me 186lbs = 93 ounces. Also I am very salt sensitive and I find drinking plenty of water helps flush my system.0

It does depend on how big your glass is?!?
It is recommended that you have a minimum of 2 litres per day (8 cups), but I would not have more than 4 litres (16 cups).
If you are happy with drinking that much water then go for it, but makes sure you are sticking to your calories & not skipping food cause the water has filled you up!
Good Luck

I am counting 8oz as 1 glass... Really I drink 16.9oz bottles of water.. and will drink 5-7a day. And I am either hitting or breaking my calories everyday.0 -
As a science teacher the book says half of your weight plus 8 ounces for every 30 minutes of vigorous exercise. So depending on what you weigh and how active you are, your water intake could be just fine.0

I drink between 120-150oz/day. I also sweat a lot (yes, even in January) and am VERY sensitive to sodium. If I drink less than 120oz I feel dehydrated. Listen to your body, you'll know when to stop.0
