What would your healthy daily routine look like?

What’s your idea of a perfectly healthy day? I’m talking an ordinary day where you follow a routine, of course we all need days out of the ordinary, but here’s what I’d like most of my days to be like:
A work day for me would be something like this:
5.30am: Wake up, brush teeth and start my day with some yoga
6.00am: Shower, make breakfast – smoothie, oats or yoghurt, muesli and fruit
7.00am: Cycle to work (I’m not currently doing this but aim to do this at least 3x a week over summer) or walk to bus stop
7.30am: Take some time to read a book while on the train
8.15am: Arrive at work and start day, coffee!
10.00am: Light snack of fruit, vegetables or nuts, make cup of tea and stretch
12.30pm: Quick walk around the park to stretch legs, lunch – leftovers with salad or soup
3.00pm: Light protein based snack, another cup of tea and stretch
4.30pm: Home time!
5.30pm: Cardio or strength training for 30+ mins
6.30pm: Dinner – usually ½ vegetables, ¼ protein source and ¼ carbs, and a small glass of wine or beer
7.00pm: Prepare lunch for next day, leisure time
9.00pm: Turn off screens, take a shower or bath, get ready for bed,
10.00pm: Time for shut eye
And a non-work day:
7.30am: Wake up, brush teeth, light snack and either a nice long yoga session or head outdoors for a walk or cycle
9.00am: Shower
10.00am: Café breakfast/brunch, or large homemade breakfast – coffee, French toast or buttermilk pancakes and berries, or eggs, toast, roast spinach, haloumi, bacon and beans
11.00: Catch up on chores
1.00pm: Light lunch
1.30pm onwards: Leisure time – go for a hike, catch up with friends, do some shopping, call my family overseas, read a book, sunbathe… do something I enjoy!
7.00pm: Dinner – same as usual, maybe head to a restaurant or catch up with friends for the evening
11.30pm: Shower, get ready for bed
This is a routine I am building up to follow. At the moment I’m nowhere near this - I’m currently trying to make just exercising a habit – but it’s something to work towards.
