Heart rate monitor/calorie coutner

I am looking for a good, but inexpensive (preferably less than $60) heart rate monitor that I can wear during workouts. I would like one that continuously monitors my heart rate, but i would use one that only gives me intermittent readings as well. Thanks!

    just looked up Polar f4 on amazon, you can get for 50-60$ i know its a very popular and trusted one.
