Saving up exercise calories

I am in a situation right now where I cannot accurately count my calories every now and then. This is due to family get togethers and dinners/lunches etc. The rest of the time however I stick to my calorie goal just fine. I also exercise almost daily and get a measure of how many calories I burn from my heart rate monitor. I was wondering if anyone saves their exercise calories (doesn't eat them back) so that when the times come along that they can't accurately or precisely count their calories, they do not go over.

I don't track my "exercise" calories. I assume those are already factored into my TDEE.
Also, stay away from "optimizing" or looking for precision against the number provided. Its an estimate based on a few important variables but exclude a lot of factors.0 -
