why so hard

Ive put on 18lbs a dress size and 4inches each thigh, loads stretch marks, I only want to loose 7lbs can anyone help, its so hard

WE can support and try to motivate you but you have to be willing to do the hardwork. Are you willing to do that? If so how can we help?0

I understand it is extremely hard. I want to lose 10 pounds and I'm struggling to get through 1 pound. Add me if you like, I'd love to give you motivation and learn any advice you have. I think my goal for tomorrow is to increase my water intake and reduce stress. Maybe that would help you as well.0

Don't be shy about asking people to be friends. Find some similar to you, age, etc. and stick to the basic concepts of measuring calories that MFP is good for. It won't be overnight, but if you aim for a lb a month or a week or something like that I think you'll find it pretty tolerable. Good luck!0

What is hard? Is it figuring out how much you should eat? Is it accurately measuring your food and logging calories? Is it accurately estimating how many calories you burn in daily activity and in exercise? Or is it sticking to the calorie goal that MFP sets, based on your age, height, weight, activity level, and goals? People can give better advice if you say which aspect(s) of the process are hard.
