Can you give some stats? What is your height/weight? What is your weight loss goal per week?0

Change the weight you want to lose each week... decrease it, and calorie count climbs.0

MY HOME / GOALS / CHANGE GOALS (button near bottom of page) then choose Custom in order to select exactly 1500 calories.
Another way to raise your daily calorie amount is by selecting a lower pound per week loss, which is done under Goals also, but with the radio button that says Let MFP guide you, selected. You may not hit exactly 1500 this way. Fool around with the different pound-lost-per-week settings until you find the one that results in a daily calorie amount you are most comfortable with.0 -
If you change your goal will this change?0
