Chicken a la King /slow-cooker
1 1/2 lbs. boneless skinless chicken breast
1 can cream of broccoli soup
1/2 c. sour cream
1 tsp cornstarch
1/2 tsp salt
1/2 tsp paprika
black pepper
1 green pepper finely chopped
1/2 sweet onion finely chopped
1 stalk celery minced
1 jar 4 oz pimentos drained
1 bag 16 oz frozen peas
turn your slow cooker to high setting and place the chicken breast in the bottom whisk together the soup sour cream all the veggies except the peas and the seasonings pour over the chicken cook on high setting for 4 - 6 hours during last half hour of cooking time shred the chicken and add the peas stir well and continue cooking on high for 30 minutes serve over rice or mashed potatoes
