I was wondering if anyone had any good websites for strength training. I work out from home and all i have is hand weights. They have been working really great for me but I want to add more to my workout. I do arms, core, legs. I was using 3 lb hand weights and just got new 8 lb hand weights.

I subscribe to Shape, Self, and Fitness magazines. They all have their own websites. If you go there and check them out, there's all kinds of weight training exercises listed there that you can try out, vary, and mix at your leisure.

Depends how much structure you're looking for. I'm sure there are some good sites out there but if you pretty much know what you're doing try youtube. I have found some good in home workouts on there just by putting in the area's I would like to target.0
