erm... "climactic" push-ups?

OK, this is a little embarrassing...

I've just started doing push-ups again, so I'm back on my knees until I build up my arms and chest muscles. As I keep my core and legs tight to stay in form, I sometimes notice that as I go through a repetition, I sometimes... uhm... sorta... well... you know... have a wee bit of an orgasm.

Now I'm not complaining... it definitely motivates me! lol but it just seems really weird, you know? It doesn't happen when I do full push-ups.

Has this ever happened to anyone else? Probably more likely for women than men.

I guess I should also check if it's bad or anything, maybe a sign that I'm holding the wrong muscles? Sometimes I also get muscle cramps along the back of my thighs.

    I've recently started trying to reunite my abdominal muscles from separation using the Tupler technique and Kegels simultaneously. I've noticed that when I squeeze and hold my pelvic floor for a long period I get the same half orgasm kinda good feelings lol. If you're holding your core tightly while doing push ups then perhaps you're holding in your pelvic floor too without realising?

    Either way, it's definitely good motivation to keep up with it!

    I mean, I enjoy exercise, but I haven't enjoyed it, if you know what I mean...

    I've read that women can have an orgasm during ab exercises... so I guess it's possible to get them from push ups also x3 nothing bad about it though? :P
