Cross Trainer/Elliptical

I;m using a cross trainer at home and fell like i'm doing a pretty good workout on there. Just wondering what kind of distance others are doing in what times on their cross trainers- not sure mine is right.

I regularly use one at gym. But it is not the only thing I use; and I don't measure the distance. I set it to a certain cal/hr setting and slug it out for 30 minutes. I usually end up burning 8-10 calories per minute.0

I tend to do about 1km every 10 minutes, maybe a little more but it depends on the level I've set it at.
A couple of times a week I like to basically wade through molasses on it, so to contribute to the bubble butt. It's working thus far. The burn is significantly higher it's usually around 14-16 calories a minute, but much harder to sustain for 30 minutes and I don't get as far in km.0
