Indoor Winter Activities

Hi Everyone!
During the summer my friends and I play frisbee every week. But during the winter (I'm in Chicago...enough said), we usually stop because we can't come up with any group activities. There are usually 8-12 of us, and we would like to keep it as cheap as possible. Does anyone have any good ideas for a weekly team-based activity that we could do indoors? Thanks!

I dunno if the mountains are colder than Chicago. Chicago is a beast in winter.0
