I am not new to dieting but am new to consistently tracking my diet and exercise here. I would LOVE to make new friends so we can motivate each other! Please let me know if you will be my friend (that sounds very Mr. Rogers, doesn't it?). Thank you! Kristie

I run and do full body weight routines in the gym. I do a couple of 5k runs a week.
