I am very happy with my results thus far, but these plateaus are hell. I am going to read that banks thread...yet again. :cry:

    I so feel ya. I was stuck for three weeks at having lost 12.5, I finally went down a pound and a half, I then gained half a pound, then a pound and a half, and this past week I stayed the same. Ugh, it's so frustrating. I just want to see it move, and move a lot, lol!
