5'3 or 5'4... My highest was 178 when I was 5'2, and now I am at my lowest at 133 at 5'4ish0

Marriage has made me soft haha. I am by no means at an unhealthy weight, I just am trying to be healthy. If I stay at 105-110, I will be happy.

My lowest adult weight was when I was 20 years old and weighed 123. Had a 23 inch waist and looked great in a two piece swimsuit. I starved to stay that way and didn't exercise much. Hottest thing on the beach was the way some guy described me. Ahhh, those were the days.
Highest weight was 315 at age 40. Lost 145 pounds in two years and was 170. I felt I looked wonderful. :drinker:0 -

I am 5'5, my highest was 190 and my lowest was 111. Current weight is around 128. What about you?
I am also 5'5" tall. My highest weight was 191 and my lowest was 126. Currently I am somewhere around 140 (I think...that's what I weighed at the doctor's office in July, but I haven't stepped on the scale since then). I would like to get back down to somewhere between 127-133 or so. My true goal is 18% body fat, and the calculator I used spit out a weight of 130...so my goal is somewhere around 130.0 -
Lowest I'm not sure. Maybe 200. Highest, 315 (I was in my preteens, too.)
Working to change that! Currently around 250, I think.
Oh, and 5' 6".0
