High Intensity Cardio with Low Carb Diet Question

I started interval training on my treadmill about 2 months ago and am doing very well with it. I eat a very low carb diet and perform my exercises well. My question is if I eat very little daily carbs and do cardio for 60 minutes between 75% and 99% max heart rate o(3x weekly), what is my body burning for fuel? It is stated that during this heart rate percentage 90% of fuel burned are carbs. If no carbs on board, what is the fuel? Fat? Muscle breakdown? etc... (I also do strength training 3 days a week to help prevent muscle loss).

At 99% HR it'll be practically all carbs.
You may have eaten little carbohydrate, but you still have glycogen reserves and your liver still makes blood glucose from fatty substrates.
Google "Peter Attia" he has measured fuel burn before and during a keto diet in exercise.0 -
Thanks for the reply.0
