Eat-Clean Egg Salad
I was searching around for some new repices when I found this, it looked good so I thought I would share it. I'm planning to have it for lunch tomorrow, I will probably add some chicken to it.
Eat-Clean Egg Salad
Ingredients
• 1/4 cup / 60 ml fat-free cottage cheese
• 1 Tbsp / 15 ml skim milk
• 1 tsp / 5 ml mustard
• 4 hardboiled egg whites, diced
• 1 hardboiled yolk
• 2 Tbsp / 30 ml chopped green onion
• 2 Tbsp / 30 ml chopped celery
• Dash curry powder
• 1/4 tsp / 1 ml sea salt
Preparation
Whip cottage cheese and milk until smooth in medium-sized mixing bowl.
Blend remaining ingredients except egg whites with cottage cheese mixture.
Add diced egg whites to cottage cheese mixture. Mix well.

Trans Fat: 0g

When I put it in to get the 170 calories it was 2 servings.0

I have no idea ... from the original recipe, this says it's one serving. So if you can eat this PILE of food, just enter it however you need to so that it shows 170 calories (mine came out to be 166 but that's close enough!) for one serving. If you eat half the recipe, then count just half of that.When I put it in to get the 170 calories it was 2 servings.
