Need help with healthy snacks and etc

I need ideas for healthy snacks for am and pm and meals as I'm starting to watch what I eat and how much. I'm planning on buying a scale to help measure my food and I already have a tray that is divided that I'm using as well, and the best part is my fiancee is also joining me on this new journey so we both can lose the weight and eat healthy. My current foods are fuits I like grapes, strawberry's, apples, pears, and watermelon as for veggies that's where I need the help I like corn, ande potateos, I need a way I can mix veggies together as long as I can't taste them I'm fine. For Meats, I like Chicken, Hamburger, Steaks and etc. just need some help with healthy ideas. Please feel free to add me as a friend and help me start eating healthy.

    Veggies are easy to hide in marinara sauce, pureed. I make meatloaf with finely shredded zucchini. Things like asparagus, broccoli and brussel sprouts are much improved by roasting in the oven with a touch of olive oil and garlic, finished with a little parm cheese.
