In about a month I will be traveling to go to a wedding, we will be gone about 2 days. I really don't want to eat out those two days, so I'm looking for us easy meals that I can take with me. We will be staying at a hotel, so we will only have a microwave to cook with. Any ideas?

Healthy choise makes pasta meals you add water and nuke and they are good. I dont like to do processed but need to do what you need to do

I travel a lot for work and when I travel I carry things like protein bars, canned tuna and jerky with me so that I have something healthly and high in protein when the choice is airport food or something equally bad for me. However, I have started to notice that places are carrying egg white breakfast sandwiches on whole wheat rolls, etc. Remember that Subway is your friend once you remove the sauces and cheese, you can get a salad just about anywhere all you have to do is make healthly choices and have the non-fat dressing served on the side, etc. When all else fails and you have that microwave in your room, find somewhere that has lean cuisines or something similar and go for it. Good luck!
