How do you log calories burned from exercise videos?

I have PiYo and Insanity DVD's that I'm going to start but am confused on what they would be logged under.
Thanks in advance.

It probably doesn't matter as long as they are in there
, but I log all my videos under "aerobics". I see they also have "high impact aerobics" and "circuit training".
However I have a heart rate monitor and I track with Endomomo which uses heart rate zones for input so I know my exact values. I find the MFP values are a reasonable first guess, but always overestimate.0 -
Depends on the video I've used. Usually, "circuit training, general" or "kickboxing", and then enter my rough calorie burn based on my heart rate monitor. You can't really trust the MFP estimates - they are ridiculously high. If you don't have a heart rate monitor, I'd cut the MFP estimate in half to be safe.0
