Options
What songs get you pumped during your workout? For the last week I've been doing Leslie Sansones Walk Away the Pounds and I mute her and crank up my playlist. But I'm looking for new songs and would love to hear what you have to say!
Here are some ones that get me moving:

B.O.B.- Outkast
Ridin Solo- Jason Derulo
Bleed It Out- Linkin Park
Body Movin- Beastie Boys
Ready, Steady, Go- Paul Oakenfold
Raise Your Glass- PINK
Shoot to Thrill- AC/DC
Faint- Linkin Park
Click Click Boom- Saliva
Wavin Flag- Knaan
Whip My Hair- Willow

I posted this a while ago, but it is always good to repeat.
On itunes if you go to podcasts and put podrunner in the search you will get some seriously fast jam. DJ Steve mixes the music and gears it toward heartbeats. He even put in interval training. His music is very spicy ;-] And...my favorite...FREE. If you dont have an ipod no worries. You just download itunes to your pc and then download the free podcasts. Put them on any music devise you have and boom..there ya go ;-]

As long as it's between 120-140 bpm it should be fast enough to keep you moving at the right tempo. If you're a hardcore fitness nut, long distance runner etc you could probably handle a bit faster and if you need to ramp up you might want to start with slightly slower songs.

If you use iTunes, check out "Tangerine" - it's an app that goes through your library and finds songs within a given BPM range and builds playlists from them.

If you don't use iTunes (good for you!) there's plenty of freeware for you too:
