Be ready to work really hard, don't be afraid to lift heavy weights.
Make sure you eat enough.
Trust the program and know you can do it.

Hey Anna Banana! I am starting P90X next week! Although, I have completed a few of the workouts here and there over the last 6 months (mostly Ab-Ripper X), I have not done so in its entirety. I am really looking foward to seeing the changes. This will definitely take my body to another level!
Pointers:
Remain Committed!
Follow the Plan
Eat Healthy
Find an Accountability Partner (hint: ME!)
Don't Quit
Completing each workout every day may be a bit of a struggle for me, since I go to the gym a lot. Most days, I will be doing "2 a days," but I am ready to BRING IT!
Hope the above info helps! Let me know if you want to be accountability partners.0
