Having some major BLAH issues. Ideas?

    I was feeling pretty down a couple weeks ago so to help get more motivated I made a weight loss thermometer, where I can fill in more of the thermometer each time I lose weight. I also added in rewards, like once I lose 15 pounds I'm getting new sneakers. I put it up on my fridge and it reminds me that I am working toward an ultimate goal and that I can do it. Other things I have done: made a list about why I want to lose weight, tried all sorts of new workouts- including fencing!, and invited friends to join me. Good luck! You can do it!

    I think that's a great idea and I am going to do the same.

    I really like cooking so I try finding new healthy recipes all the time to keep it interesting and then i look forward to eating what i've made rather than bored with some tasteless healthy foods. Good luck!
