Ladies, I'm wondering how much weight you usually gain during that time of the month.

No more than 6-7 lbs, and most of it is water weight. Once I'm over the "hump" of my cycle, any swelling goes back down.0

It varies. Sometimes it's been as low as a half pound or as high as 3 pounds.0

The week before, anywhere from 3 to 12 lbs. Depending on carb and salt intake. During, I loose it all. It's the only time of the month I get the most accurate idea of how much progress I've made during the month...0

I used to gain about 5-10 lbs, but this time I didn't. I think it's because I have changed my diet and I'm drinking water like crazy.0

Pretty sure it's about 53. I avoid the scale.1

I typically lose 3 - 4 at the onset and it comes back up to normal by the last day or so0

I don't usually gain any, unless my cravings hit hard and make bad choices.0
