Does this count to my water intake? Its the clear splash Giant branch, lists 0 calories, no sodium sugar or caffeine.
Does carbonated flavored water that is sugar free count or is it more dehydrating like soda?
Im just missing soda..and the fuzz is working wonders for my morning sickness.
Trying to track accurately and honestly and maintain only right now ( 2.5 months preggers, but obese when I started...so...can only gain 10lbs max over the next 7 months..)

Yes. It counts. It's just water with flavor. If you add spices to food is it not still food? Same concept, imo0

thanks. Im not going to use it as my only water, but as a nice "break" especially with the morning sickness. Its healthier than ginger ale for sure!0
