Subway veggie delight.

So I've been eating a foot long veggie delight from subway for the past month. I eat 1 per day. I was curious if they are indeed healthy for you? Or is this a bad habit I should stop? I get about doubled of what's included plus more pickles than a normal foot long.

You can look up Subway's nutrition information online and kind of guesstimate from there. That's what i do and i think it is pretty accurate.

They are suprisingly low calorie actually if you dont get any condiments besides mustard. But I would recommend getting something with lean meat in it like turkey of chicken because you need that protein. And definitely track it to the best of your ability

I don't eat meat :( I usually have a protein shake in the morning. Although it's not my only source of protein.

no sad face! thats great that you dont eat meat, its terrible for the planet and your body anyways. As for subway, they have recently removed many chemicals from their breads so its not as bad as it was HOWEVER i would strongly advise against eating it daily, its still heavily processed. It would be cheaper and most likely healthier to just make a sandwhich at home :)
